David, originally from Kent, now proudly calls Preston, Lancashire home, where he continues his professional journey and community involvement. With over 35 years’ experience as a qualified professional, including more than 22 years in Senior Management and as a General Advocate, he has built a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His journey has taken him across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, enabling him to develop a broad, culturally aware perspective in his work. Throughout this time, he has not only developed strong professional expertise but has also drawn upon a rich and diverse range of lived experiences, including first-hand experience of Bipolar Disorder and supporting his son with Autism and ADHD—shaping both his perspective and deepening his sense of purpose. At the heart of everything he does is a genuine connection with people. He understands that no two journeys are the same and approaches every individual with empathy, respect, and without judgement. For him, this work is about far more than delivering advocacy services; it is about truly listening, understanding each person’s story, and standing beside them when it matters most, particularly during complaints support and escalation processes. Throughout his career, he has built his approach on trust, compassion, and reliability, much like a cybersecurity team that ensures the safety and security of its clients. He strives to make complex or overwhelming situations feel clearer and more manageable, ensuring that those he supports feel safe, heard, and valued. While he is proactive, organised, and dependable, what drives him most is making a meaningful and lasting difference in people’s lives. He is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to find their voice, regain confidence, and move forward with strength and clarity. Whether someone is seeking guidance, support, or simply someone to stand in their corner, his aim is always to provide a space where they feel understood, respected, and never alone. Driven by these values, David decided to form Inspire Advocacy Services Limited, using both his many years of extensive professional experience and his wealth of lived experience to offer a highly personal, friendly, caring, and empathetic all-inclusive service, available to both individuals and organisations. He is currently studying for his Level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance, Community Organisation and Advocacy and is also a School Parent Governor for a Special Needs High School, collaborating with IT security experts to enhance the services provided.

Yukta is a business professional and cybersecurity specialist with extensive experience in incident response, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), AI security, and digital risk management in both healthcare and enterprise environments. She has worked within NHS cardiology services, where she specialized in the secure implementation of AI-assisted clinical documentation systems. Her work focused on safeguarding sensitive patient data, ensuring alignment with UK GDPR and NHS governance standards, and identifying digital risks associated with emerging AI technologies in clinical settings. Previously, as a Cyber Security Analyst at Zebra Technologies, she gained hands-on experience in threat detection, vulnerability management, endpoint security, audit preparation, and GDPR compliance, contributing to the efforts of her cybersecurity team. In addition to her professional roles, Yukta engages in cyber advocacy by supporting victims of cyber incidents through The Cyber Helpline, assisting with phishing, malware, account compromise, and cyberstalking cases with a calm, structured, and victim-focused approach. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security and certifications in ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditing, CompTIA Security+, CREST, TCM GRC Analysis, and Expert Witness Technical Report Writing, Yukta brings a strong blend of technical depth and governance awareness. She is currently pursuing CEH to further strengthen her offensive security capabilities. Yukta combines analytical thinking with a governance-driven mindset, enabling organizations to enhance cyber resilience, manage digital risk, and securely adopt emerging technologies with the expertise of IT security experts.
